Mouse Practice

The key to being successful with computing in the beginning is using the mouse; it is the tool we use to interact with that interface known as the operating system(big word, we will talk about this more in Computer Basics 102).  Below you will find the one we used in class, as well as others to help build your mouse dexterity.

    Refine your mouse accuracy with this tutorial brought to you by the Monroe County Library System in Monroe, Michigan. This exercise develops pinpoint clicking accuracy in a web environment and introduces selecting text and copy, cut and paste.
  • Seniornet Mouse Exercises
    Geared for senior citizens, yet helpful for any computer newcomer young or old, this exercise developed by Vic Laurie, Ewing Learning Center, for SeniorNet develops pinpoint accuracy and introduces the concept of drag and drop. This tutorial is great preparation for our file management lesson in Computer Basics 102.
